When supervised by an adult, kids can have a wonderful time splashing in the waves, swimming and snorkeling one of the island’s abundant, colorful coral reefs. Phuket Elephant Sanctuary is an educational experience, and highly recommended as an alternative to riding elephants. The sanctuary is  home to a group of retired elephants who are allowed to roam freely amongst its grounds. You’ll spend the day following the elephants and observing them in their natural environment. It’s an awe-inspiring experience, especially for the fact that they get to walk alongside these gentle giants.

Located in Phuket Town, the Phuket Trickeye Museum is a fun attraction for the entire family. The museum features interactive 3D paintings, and great photography opportunities for your holiday memories. The museum is centrally located in town, within walking distance of the charming Old Town district. This is a colorful place to explore while in town. Make sure to buy some local souvenirs and handicrafts, and drop in for refreshments at any of the cafes.

Essentially, Baan Teelanka is an upside-down house where all of the house furnishings are on the roof instead of the floor! It’s quirky, fun and guaranteed to make the entire family smile!
